Position Overview Provides patient care by utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Ensures professional accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities Assist in delivering safe, effective care, follow established protocols, and support the healthcare team in clinical duties. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure. Current LPN license meeting state requirements. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, IV Certification) may be required based on unit.
