Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex auto insurance claims from FNOL through closure. Handle liability investigations, coverage analysis, bodily injury, property damage, total loss, settlement negotiations, and claim resolution.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex auto insurance claims from FNOL through closure. Handle liability investigations, coverage analysis, bodily injury, property damage, total loss, settlement negotiations, and claim resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of auto claims adjusting experience
- Full ownership of auto claims from FNOL through closure
- Experience handling auto liability claims
- Experience handling bodily injury claims
- Experience handling property damage claims
- Coverage analysis and claim investigations
- Total loss claim experience
- Settlement negotiation experience
- Insurance policy interpretation
- Knowledge of state insurance regulations
- Active Adjuster License
- Previous insurance carrier or claims call center experience
- CPCU, AIC, AINS, or SCLA designation
- Military or military spouse affiliation
- Claims Management Systems
- Microsoft Office
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Monday-Friday
- 12-week paid training
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
