Cath Lab Tech II-PAH Join to apply for the Cath Lab Tech II-PAH role at Piedmont. Overview: Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures. Qualifications Education Graduate from a nursing program or Registered Nurse (RN) program Required. Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program Required. Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program Required. Work Experience 2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Required. Licenses and Certifications Based on type of program completed, one of the following is required. Upon Hire Required. RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required. RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire Required. RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Upon Hire Required. BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required. ACLS Upon Hire Required.
