Job Description:

To provide direct personal care services to clients as indicated in client's individualized Plan of Care developed by the RN Case Manager or delegate.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Alaska Certified Nurses Assistant License; Current (and maintain) CPR and First Aid
• Experience preferred but will train on the job
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend short correspondence and memos and follow instructions
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, family and employees
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
