Position Highlights

As a Gastroenterologist within the Medical Service, you will:

✔ Practice independently within a collaborative specialty team

✔ Diagnose and treat disorders involving:

\n
• Esophagus
\n
• Stomach
\n
• Small intestine
\n
• Colon and rectum
\n
• Pancreas
\n
• Gallbladder
\n
• Biliary system
\n
• Liver
\n

✔ Perform and assist with gastroenterological procedures

✔ Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient GI care

✔ Participate in educational activities with Marshall University learners

✔ Work primarily at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center campus

✔ Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule

Schedule

Monday – Friday
\n 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

No RVU pressure. No production quotas. Focus on patient care.
