Intensive Case Manager - Permanent Housing

SCHARP is hiring an Intensive Case Manager for Permanent Housing in Lynwood, CA. The role involves supporting vulnerable populations transitioning from homelessness. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing case management plans, and providing housing support. Candidates should have a BA degree and experience with the mentally ill and homeless. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
