Implement nursing standards in the processes of care. Patient ratios are 6:1 at the most. There are 2 LNA's to assist, along with a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor. Requests for time off during this assignment must be provided upfront. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks during designated holiday weekends. Previous travel experience is preferred. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
