Retail Category Assistant Store Manager - Clothing & Footwear (West Location)North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT (West Location) is looking to hire a Full-Time Salaried Category Assistant Store Manager - Clothing & Footwear to join our team. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.As a Category Assistant Store Manager - Clothing & Footwear at North 40, you will be responsible for the customer experience and will ensure we exceed expectations. In order to succeed in the position, you will need to be an enthusiastic person who can optimistically handle a challenging and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 20+ employeesDrive sales performance and execute business goalsSupport hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routinesManage freight flow, inventory, merchandising, and replenishmentEnsure store safety, security, and operational complianceDeliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfactionPartner with the Store Manager to drive results and continuously improve store performanceThis full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week.
