And our culture proves it.As Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of your restaurant's operation. AGMs are accountable for strategic planning, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.Here are the qualities we are looking for:• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment• Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service• Ability to mentor and train team members• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs and overall control of financials• Drive and determination -- think PASSION• Desire for personal and professional growthRequirements:• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Physical / Mental Requirements:• Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity.• Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds and works closely with others.• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.• Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, and far vision. Works around chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds.
