We are working with a growing manufacturing company in Sarasota that is seeking an experienced  Electrical Assembler to join their team.

Position Summary:

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components for industrial equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and hands-on experience completing electrical assemblies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Assemble electrical components, including panels, cabinets, and control systems
• Install and route wiring according to specifications
• Drill, mount, and secure electrical components on machinery
• Cut, strip, and connect wiring, conduit, and cables
• Perform soldering and crimping of electrical connections
• Use testing equipment to verify proper functionality
• Assist with testing and adjusting electrical assemblies
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
• 5+ years of electrical assembly or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $22–$29/hour, depending on experience
