What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Helping establish and maintain new customer accounts
• Following up with customers after appointments
• Maintaining accurate customer and account information
• Using electronic tracking and CRM systems to document customer interactions
• Reviewing account and customer reports
• Processing customer service requests and following them through to completion
• Participating in team meetings, training, and development sessions
• Helping coordinate daily team accountability and communication
• Supporting leadership with projects and day-to-day business operations
• Representing the company professionally and contributing to a positive team environment
