Role: Power Platform Developer / Development Architect

Contract Length: Contract to hire - 6 months, with potential extension based on project needs and performance

Location: Denver candidate preferred - open to remote (must work MST)

Rate : $70 to $75/hr

Overview

Seeking a Power Platform Developer / Development Architect to support an enterprise IT organization. This role requires a professional who can contribute hands-on development while also providing architectural leadership. The ideal candidate will design and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable business applications that align with enterprise standards and long-term support requirements.

Candidates with strong Microsoft Power Platform delivery experience and the ability to function at an architectural level are the primary focus for this position. Experience with SAP BTP technologies is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Design and build enterprise applications with mobile capabilities.
• Lead solution architecture efforts, including integrations, application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, documentation, and transition to production support teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, security, infrastructure, data and integration groups, as well as external vendors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience developing enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Experience creating and supporting mobile applications.
• Background integrating applications with enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, and/or Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with SAP BTP technologies such as SAP Build, SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Mobile Services, CAP, and UI5/Fiori. This experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform governance, or Power Platform Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Experience working within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or other complex site-based operational environments.
