Wayne Downtown - Fort Wayne, IN Ann Arbor LPO - Ann Arbor, MI Blue Ash - Cincinnati, OH Market Street - Parkersburg, WV Huntington Main - Huntington, WV Akron Canton LPO - Uniontown, OH Frankfort Main - Frankfort, KY Indianapolis LPO - Carmel, IN Chattanooga LPO 2 - Chattanooga, TN Findlay Downtown - Findlay, OH Cherry Street - Toledo, OH Youngstown Main - Youngstown, OH Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred 1‑4+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or related field Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works under limited supervision or independently Performs risk rating analysis and spreads financials Assists the team in compiling credit packages for approval Supports Portfolio Managers in managing a portfolio of healthcare clients Monitors financial statement reporting requirements, tracks and reviews quarterly and annual statements for covenant compliance, exceptions, and trends Performs covenant testing and documents results accurately and timely Tracks credit, collateral, insurance, entity, and reporting exceptions; assists with remediation and follow‑up with clients or internal partners Maintains comprehensive and accurate credit files in accordance with bank policy Identifies early warning indicators and helps recommend risk‑mitigation strategies Participates in client calls, site visits, and due‑diligence sessions to better understand operations and risks Collaborates with internal partners (Loan Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal) on documentation, closing, and ongoing monitoring Maintains working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including reimbursement changes, regulatory environment, labor and staffing trends, and payer mix considerations Provides support in preparing internal sector reports, portfolio analytics, and trend summaries Other Requirements Expected to acquire and maintain proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures and to adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations Expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner Qualities and Skills Strong financial statement analysis skills, with ability to interpret healthcare financials and operating metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional‑bank environment with lean teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow‑up Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software Ability to learn commercial banking software Employment Type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr WesBanco Bank Inc.
