This includes understanding the Bank's growth and profitability objectives, idea-generation, high-level requirements gathering, business case development, gaining executive support and stakeholder management of all impacted teams. This role is accountable for building the value proposition the business wants to deliver and mapping investments required to get there, including formulating strategy, policy and overall direction of customer needs are considered in strategic decisions and in the development of options, solutions and alternativesLeads and facilitates problem solving sessions with partners and vendorsDesigns end to certificate and/or10+ years relevant experiencePrevious Product experience requiredExperience in leading strategy strongly recommendedAdvanced knowledge of and ability to conduct product research,
