Product Manager

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the profitable growth, strategic direction, and lifecycle management of Vericom’s product portfolio across the Americas Division. This role leads product strategy, market opportunity analysis, pricing, revenue growth, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple product categories supporting datacom, telecom, and data center infrastructure markets.

This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Distribution Partners to develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and company growth objectives. The Product Manager will play a key role in identifying emerging market trends, defining product roadmaps, and driving innovation across the business.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead strategic planning and lifecycle management across product lines

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends
\n
• Serve as a subject matter expert during customer engagements and industry events
\n
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new product development, portfolio expansion, and strategic investments
\n
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement tools
\n
• Support successful new product introductions and transition into manufacturing
\n
• Facilitation of tools development, content creation, and data management for Customers, Partners, and other Stakeholders

Requirements:

\n
• 10+ years of experience in the datacom and datacenter industries
\n
• In Person Position. Knoxville, TN
\n
• Strong interaction with Channel Partner ecosystem
\n
• Domestic and international travel as needed
\n
