Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Location: Urbana, IL Role & Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy services in a healthcare facility. Requires a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience. Focus on patient rehabilitation, assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Valid BLS (AHA) certification. Strong clinical skills, patient-centered approach, and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Key Duties Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans Implement therapy techniques tailored to individual patients Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly Maintain accurate documentation of patient care Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards Additional Requirements: Current licensure/certification in physical therapy.
