Details Hospital-based Med/Surg unit assignment 13-week travel contract Night shift, 7p-7a Floating required Patient ratio of 6:1 Unit has 34 beds No on-call requirements EMR: Cerner Requirements Active RN license (OK State or Compact) required Current BLS and ACLS certification required PALS certification required within 6 months of start date 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required Cerner EMR experience required No certifications may expire within first 30 days of contract start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration Additional Information Black scrub color required Maximum RTO allowed per 13-week contract is 4 days/nights RTO requests must be less than 1 week Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius will not be considered Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-746477.
