Field Service Helper / Trainee
Arlington, TX (DFW Area travel)
$15.00 - $17.00/hr + Overtime
Full-Time, Entry-Level
Want to learn a trade and get paid while doing it? We will train you!
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our team. No advanced experience needed—just a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and a desire to learn. You will travel locally across the DFW area in a company-provided vehicle alongside an experienced supervisor, learning how to service and repair environmental equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Learn the Trade: Assist with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform basic system checks and preventative upkeep.
- Team Travel: Ride along with a manager to customer sites daily.
- Customer Service: Represent the company professionally on-site.
What We Are Looking For:
- Mechanical Mindset: Comfort using basic hand and power tools (tinkering with cars or home projects counts!).
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Prior technical, warehouse, or lube tech experience is a plus, but not required .
