Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) in Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome, as applicable
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students across various grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Work collaboratively with general and special education teachers, families, and other support staff
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise regarding speech and language concerns
• Offer strategies and resources to teachers and parents for supporting student communication development
