• Tool Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., jackhammers, drills, grinders, saws, and cement mixers).
• Assisting Skilled Trades: Work directly alongside carpenters, masons, and site foremen, learning the ropes and lending a hand on specialized tasks.
• Safety Enforcement: Strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.

• Proven Construction Experience: You already know your way around a job site. You understand the pace, the language, and the basic tools of the trade.
• A True Passion for the Trade: You don't just show up for a paycheck; you actually want to work in construction and take pride in a hard day's work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly, stand, bend, and perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, every day, ready to give 100%.
• Team Player Mentality: You take direction well, communicate clearly, and look out for the safety of your crewmates.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to various job sites.

• Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on your experience).
• Growth Opportunities: We love to promote from within. Show us your dedication, and we will help you learn a specialized trade or move into a leadership/foreman role.
• Great Crew Culture: Work with a team of look-out-for-each-other professionals who share your passion for building.
