Job Summary $15.00/Hour Employment Type: Full-Time Hours: Afternoons/Evenings Location: Johnson, Mulberry, FL 33860 Description You will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and provide care to those who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs. You will help them achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Key Responsibilities Help individuals grow, learn, and achieve wellness. Build meaningful relationships with the participants you serve. Exercise ownership and trust to make decisions in the participants’ best interest. Encourage participants to engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants in developing skills for budgeting, exercising, and eating well. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
