Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as part of our welcoming and supportive clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and are a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site. Full Time staff receive a complete benefits package including health insurance, Virginia Retirement System, PTO, life insurance, and more!

Education Requirements:
Outpatient Clinician I:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other license-eligible human services field is required.
- Required to register and become license-eligible within 3 months of hire, with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible human services field required.
- State of Virginia license required in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family or other related field.
