Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services, including cuts, styling, and hair extensions. Utilize straight razors for precision cuts while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools are sanitized after each use. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional advice on hair care. Participate in store management tasks as needed, contributing to a positive team environment. Requirements Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques. Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform retail sales by promoting products and services. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
