IT Support Specialist

I have a client located in Childress TX area that has an opportunity for an IT Support Specialist. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role, In this role, you will be working as an IT Support Specialist for a client that involved in electrical contracting / construction Responsiblefortheday-to-daydesktop/laptop,cellular,telephoneandlocalnetworksupportof assigned offices and jobsites. Provideend-usersupportandproblemresolutionfordesktopcomputers,laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications. Utilizeourtrouble-ticketingsystemtodocumentyourworkandfacilitatecommunicationwithourclients. Responsible for implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting,security,usagemonitoringandthedevelopmentofspecializedsystems/ operational procedures. AssessingjobsiteIT support requirements, circuit ordering and implementation, equipment ordering and delivery and continued support throughout the life of the jobsite.
