Description: Job Title: Quality Inspector 1st shift: 6am - 230pm but may need to start at 5am Pay Rate: $21.00 hour Location: Elk Grove Village, IL We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure products meet quality standards before shipment by performing inspections, verifying measurements, reviewing blueprints, and supporting quality documentation processes. Responsibilities: Inspect and measure materials/products Monitor production processes and recommend adjustments when needed Accept/reject finished goods and quarantine non-conforming materials Complete and maintain quality documentation Communicate inspection findings with Production and Quality teams Support calibration activities and maintain inspection records Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of Quality Inspector experience preferred Manufacturing experience required/preferred Ability to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals Experience using measuring tools and reading blueprints Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department's Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email at View email address on click.appcast.io Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
