About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Real Estate Corporate Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for client coverage and relationship management, serving as the senior relationship manager for strategic real estate clients. This role involves developing and executing client coverage plans, acting as a trusted advisor to executives, and leading regular client meetings to identify opportunities for business expansion. The Managing Director will also be involved in coordinating with various product partners to provide integrated banking solutions. Business development and origination are key aspects of the role, including the origination of new lending, advisory, treasury, and capital markets opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and market contacts with top-tier large real estate companies and institutional funds. Transaction execution, portfolio management, and maintaining oversight of a portfolio of real estate corporate banking relationships are also part of the responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced professional designations preferred, and a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record in managing senior relationships and executing large financial transactions.
