What a day looks like

Based in Lakeville, MN, you’ll clock in for your chosen shift and get hands-on right away—reviewing drawings, gathering parts, and using both hand and power tools to bring precise subassemblies to life. You’ll check your work against specs, flag anything that’s off, and keep your bench tidy so everything runs smoothly and safely. Throughout the day, you’ll sync with teammates to hit production targets, share tips, and take part in training that sharpens your craft.

• 1st: 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 2nd: 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 3rd: 9:00pm–5:30am, Sunday–Wednesday

• Build products and subassemblies to documented specifications and quality criteria.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks on time.
• Verify finished work meets standards; identify and report nonconformances.
• Keep your work area orderly to promote safety and throughput.
• Coordinate with peers and leads to achieve daily and weekly output goals.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Join skill-building sessions to expand knowledge of assembly methods and tools.

• Prior assembly/manufacturing exposure is helpful but not required.
• Comfort reading technical instructions, drawings, or build documentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well on a production team.
• Mechanical mindset and ease with common tools.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new techniques and technologies.

• Mechanical assembly and machine build experience
• Accurate tape measure usage
• General maintenance and repair fundamentals
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Equipment upkeep and troubleshooting
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
