About the Role

Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment? We’re looking for a Loan Processor to join a high-performing Loan Servicing team supporting commercial real estate portfolios.

What You’ll Do

Loan Processing & Data Management (30%)

• Enter and verify borrower, property, loan, and escrow data into servicing systems
• Process a variety of loan transactions including payments, payoffs, adjustments, and fees
• Maintain accurate and organized daily records of transactions and reconciliations

Cash Reconciliation & Reporting (30%)

• Reconcile bank accounts against daily activity and resolve discrepancies
• Transfer funds between accounts as needed and prepare financial reports
• Partner with Financial Services and Analysts to resolve outages and balance issues

Loan Servicing Support (20%)

• Order tax services, process property tax payments, and manage insurance renewals
• Assist with escrow analysis, collections, and delinquency tracking
• Support onboarding of new loans and servicing activities

Accounting & Administrative Support (10%)

• Prepare journal entries, deposits, and payment requests
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
• Perform administrative tasks such as document processing, correspondence, and file management

Project & Operational Support (10%)

• Contribute to special projects that support investor servicing and operational improvements

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Key Skills

• Loan servicing or mortgage industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
