Tooele Motor Company is hiring a motivated, friendly, and outgoing Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team in Tooele, Utah! If you enjoy talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Sales BDC Representative (Business Development Center), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. You’ll respond to online inquiries, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and help connect customers with our automotive sales team.

No automotive experience? No problem! We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail sales, call centers, appointment scheduling, and other customer-facing roles.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, customer inquiries, phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing new or used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and encourage dealership visits.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have previously expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the automotive sales team to coordinate appointments and customer needs.
• Build relationships with potential customers through professional, friendly communication.
• Meet individual and team goals for customer engagement, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling.

• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus, but not required.
