Join our physician-led Emergency Medicine team at Saint Joseph Hospital , a respected Level IV Trauma Center located in the heart of Denver. We are currently seeking Full-Time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a collaborative practice featuring Epic EMR, outstanding physician support, and a compensation model that rewards productivity and quality. Adult Emergency Department

• Annual ED Volume: 45,987

• Licensed ED Beds: 58

• Trauma Level: Level IV

• Fast Track: 10 Beds

• Observation/CDU: 15-bed ED-managed Observation Unit

• Admission Rate: 9%

• Transfer Rate: 2%

• Physician Coverage: 45 hours daily

• APP Coverage: 24 total hours daily

• 12 hours in the ED and 12 hours in the CDU

• EMR: Epic

• Residents: Yes

• Hospitalists: Manage admissions

• Laboratory & Imaging: Full onsite laboratory and radiology services

• Additional Facility Feature: Chest Pain Center

Clinical Support

APPs work alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians with outstanding specialty support, including:

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Colorado license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
• ACLS required
• Emergency Medicine procedures required

Compensation

W2

• Up to $84.74/hour (based on experience and productivity)
• RVU Productivity Compensation Model
• Quality Service Performance (QSP) incentive
• Observation Unit premium pay
• Full-Time opportunities
