Compensation & Benefits:

• $520,000 Base Salary
• $61,000 Average Call Pay
• $30,000 Quality Bonus
• $225,000 Sign-On Bonus/Retention Bonus
• $50,000 Retention Bonus after year two
• Extra shifts available for additional pay
• Flexible scheduling with 10 weeks off annually
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Practice Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center with 24,000 cases annually across Main OR and three ASCs
• 2,700 births annually ; service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, robotics, and more
• Call coverage shared equitably within the group
