We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.Position SummaryLiberty Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle team. In the Credentialing Coordinator role, you will manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities, ensure compliance with payer requirements, maintain accurate provider records, and support agency billing and reimbursement efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing with third-party payers.Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications.Maintain accurate provider records and ensure all documentation remains current.Monitor and track credential expiration dates to prevent billing interruptions.Manage credentialing software and generate reports as needed.Collaborate with leadership, operations, Human Resources, and providers regarding credentialing requirements.Research and resolve credentialing issues and discrepancies.Stay informed of payer credentialing policies and updates.Assist with development and maintenance of credentialing policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience working with credentialing, healthcare administration, revenue cycle, or insurance processes preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with data management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Why Join Liberty Resources?Competitive paySupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impactCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionCareer growth and development opportunitiesLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
