Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your expertise in transportation management and logistics will be crucial in providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries
Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve service.
Coordinate with tow truck drivers to ensure timely processing of orders.
Assist in transportation planning by utilizing GPS technology to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proficient in transportation management principles
Strong analytical skills to assess data for decision-making purposes.
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and communication.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically under pressure.
