Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems. Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial. Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact. Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance. Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients. Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight. Requirements: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 5+ years of experience in employment litigation. Superb research, writing, and analytical ability. Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
