General Manager
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Salary: $75K-$85K Base + Quarterly Bonuses ($10K-$25K annually)

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations for a successful upscale casual dining concept.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front and back of house operations
  • Hire, coach and develop managers and staff
  • Drive sales and profitability
  • Manage labor, food cost and budgets
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain health and safety compliance
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships
  • Analyze financial performance and KPIs
  • Build a positive team culture
Qualifications

  • 5+ years restaurant management experience
  • 3+ years in upscale or polished casual dining
  • Strong P&L and budget management
  • Experience leading high-volume restaurant teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Hospitality degree preferred
