About the Role

Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of nonprofit leadership experience, with a preference for those with 10+ years' in a relevant field. The role requires a leader with a strong belief in the mission, a systems-minded approach, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, results-focused, and have a background in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and event management. Experience in financial oversight, data and systems management, and human resources is essential. The COO will also be responsible for contract, privacy, and compliance management, and must be adept at leading a high-performing team and supporting executive leadership.
