About the Role:

The Treatment and Surgical Vet Technician plays a critical role in supporting veterinarians during medical and surgical procedures to ensure the highest standard of care for animal patients. This position involves preparing animals for surgery, monitoring vital signs during procedures, and assisting with post-operative care and treatments. The technician is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, managing surgical instruments, and administering medications as directed by the veterinarian. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with pet owners to provide updates and instructions regarding their animals' treatment plans. Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in surgical assistance and treatment procedures within a veterinary clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of animal anatomy, anesthesia protocols, and surgical asepsis.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately under stressful conditions.
• Basic knowledge of medical record keeping and veterinary software systems.

Responsibilities:
