You will contact customers to resolve past-due accounts, monitor balances, and provide billing support, all while delivering timely resolutions and accurate records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, B2B experience, and proficiency with Salesforce, billing/collections software, and Microsoft Office.
