Qualifications Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Experience in guest or customer service, with a team-player mindset and the ability to multitask. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation. Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience. Anticipate guest needs and offer quick, effective solutions. Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including airport transfers and luggage storage. Answer and manage all incoming hotel calls, directing them appropriately.
