As a Maintenance Technician Lead, you will maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability rates. We will count on you to use preventive and predictive maintenance processes, rapidly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and quickly restore equipment to service to support the successful operation of the Solutions Integration facility. What we’re looking for Minimum high school graduate or general education degree (GED), trade school graduate preferred plus three to five years "hands on" experience in a commercial facility / physical plant operations. Certification or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in the Facilities, Engineering, Architectural disciplines a plus. Lead by example. Must be able to showcase professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and leadership acumen Strong organization skills.
