Lead the architectural design and development of critical platform features, ensuring solutions are highly scalable, maintainable, and align with AWS best practices2. Drive technical excellence through mentorship of junior engineers and establishment of coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices3. Architect and implement AI powered solutions leveraging AWS services to enable predictive support capabilities and automated workflow orchestration4. Design and build robust integration patterns between multiple HR systems while ensuring data security and compliance5. Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions6. Lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive consensus on architectural decisions7. Developing scalable solutions that optimize workforce management and operational efficiencyKey job responsibilitiesYou will also partner with SDE-IIIs and Principal Engineers in the organization to drive execution of our 3-year architecture plans (3YAP) for the technology as well as drive tradeoff decisions balancing long term vision with delivering immediate impact to our customers. You will be a mentor for SDE-Is in the team, coaching your peers on engineering excellence and leadership principles and partner with SDMs and PMs to deliver team level goals. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
