Production Associate / Assembler

Recycling Facility | 2nd Shift


A local recycling facility is seeking a Production Associate/Assembler to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for long-term employment with a reputable company that offers advancement opportunities.

Pay & Schedule

• $14.00 per hour
• Weekly production bonuses available
• Potential earnings of $800-$1,000 per week based on productivity
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Duties

• Separate x-ray film sheets from paper folders for recycling and processing.
• Place paper materials onto the production line for shredding.
• Sort materials accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
• Maintain a consistent production pace throughout the shift.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to perform fast, repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the day.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with daily productivity goals.
