Events Assistant

We are hiring an Events Assistant to join our Kansas City team, working on live events across the city. From pop-ups and product launches to music events, promotional campaigns, and client showcases, you will be right in the middle of the action, helping create experiences that people remember. No two days are the same, and no two venues are the same. Events Assistant Responsibilities As an Events Assistant, you will help plan, set up, and run live events at venues across Kansas City, from brand activations and corporate showcases to live music events around the city's thriving music scene. You will work face-to-face with clients and the public, representing brands with energy and professionalism, and making sure every event runs smoothly from first setup to final pack-down. You will also support the wider team with event logistics, on-the-day coordination, and gathering feedback that helps make every event better than the last.
