The Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Department is currently looking for a qualified Full-time Intensivist who is board eligible or board certified to become part of our dedicated team in the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Intensive Care Unit. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in post-operative cardiac care.
Our facility is a 714-bed teaching hospital that operates across two campuses, offering a comprehensive range of health and wellness services. The North campus features Staten Island's most advanced emergency department, a cutting-edge education center, and a medical arts pavilion. Meanwhile, the South campus includes its own emergency department and provides various specialty programs, such as geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health, and substance abuse services.
