Solutions Architect

Salary: $156,000 - 176,800 per year Requirements:

• We look for 7+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or systems architecture, including at least 4+ years in a senior capacity.
• We require a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• We need strong practical expertise in system design, microservices and distributed systems architecture, cloud-native patterns, and API design.
• We value deep experience in database administration and design, including RDBMS platforms such as MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL tools such as MongoDB and Redis, with knowledge of schema design, indexing, query tuning, and migration approaches.
• We expect solid familiarity with modern frontend libraries and frameworks, especially Vue, Nuxt, React, and TypeScript.
• We expect strong backend knowledge across languages such as TypeScript, PHP, Java, and Kotlin, plus modern frameworks, runtimes, and platforms including NodeJS and JVM/SpringBoot.
• We need a strong understanding of web security fundamentals (OWASP), authentication and authorization standards, protocols, and enterprise integration patterns.
• We require hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, along with contemporary cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• We look for practical experience architecting and operating solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• We value familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Git strategies, automated testing frameworks, and AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• We prefer experience in fast-moving, multi-system environments.
• We need excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience with CRM systems.
• Nice to have: experience with dialer or telephony platforms.
• Nice to have: a background in high-volume transactional systems or SaaS platforms.

• We translate business requirements into clear technical designs, workflows, and system architecture.
• We review and validate technical approaches with development teams.
• We identify risks, edge cases, and system impacts early in the process.
• We ensure proper integrations across internal systems and external services.
• We collaborate with the executive team, business stakeholders, and product owners to evaluate new project ideas, assess feasibility, and define scope.
• We work with product owners to sharpen requirements and remove ambiguity.
• We document system requirements for handoff to the development team.
• We support developers by removing blockers and providing guidance.
• We may occasionally write code to clear issues that are slowing progress.
• We oversee data flow and integration reliability across platforms.
• We provide clear updates, risks, and recommendations to the CTO and other technology leaders.
• We serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• We champion scalable, maintainable system design as new features are introduced.
