Overview The HHF Regional Property Operations Manager contributes by supporting and executing strategies related to all local, regional and national aspects of day-to-day property management including creating systems for consistent tenant communication via quarterly town halls, written property report updates, carrying out evictions as necessary, move-ins; etc. Responsibilities Supervises the leasing, maintenance, and leads support staff. Uses knowledge of property management and affordable housing in providing information on operating costs as well as the annual budget for the properties. Responsible to help co-develop and implement programs designed to increase occupancy. Manages property staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This role will additionally contribute by ensuring that the physical appearance and legal requirements of building codes, regulations, and requirements of the properties meet cities and required standards. This role will also identify potential viable properties for acquisition by prospecting, researching, and communicating opportunities to New Business Developers and the Real Estate Portfolio leads.
