Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
Key Duties: Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals; evaluate patients' progress, establish and document treatment goals; act as a resource for staff, families, and physicians.
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; valid OT license; BLS certification; effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain detailed documentation, participate in staff meetings, and uphold ethical, confidentiality, and infection control standards. Demonstrate professionalism, support diversity, and foster positive patient and team interactions.
