Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Occupational Therapist that would be interested in an 13 Week , full-time contract opportunity at a hospital in Rockford , IL . Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Rockford, IL

Total Travel Package: $2,686.00/week

• Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

• Taxable Wages = $1,246.00/week

• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week

• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,326.00

Schedule:

• 40 Hours Guaranteed

• Days

• 8AM - 4:30PM

• One weekend day every 4 weeks with a flex day during the week

• Required to work one holiday day 12/25, 12/26 or 12/27

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (likely extension)

Requirements:

• 2 years as an OT

• Inpatient experience

• IL license

• BLS

• Only accepting Travelers

• 10/5 Start
