RNNPE – RN Nurse Practice Educator

Facility: Mountain Ridge Center
Job Type: Contract
Location: Franklin, NH
Setting: In Person

Pay: $2,350 – $2,403/week
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements

• Active NH RN License

• Minimum 2 years RNNPE/Nurse Educator experience in LTC

• PCC experience required

• Must be willing to work the floor if needed

• Experience with staff education, onboarding, and compliance training

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor nursing staff

• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Develop and implement training programs

• Ensure compliance with LTC standards and policies

• Support clinical staff development and competency improvement

• Maintain audit-ready education records
