Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

We are seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join our growing and collaborative oncology team. This position offers a high degree of flexibility in subspecialty focus, allowing you to shape your practice based on your clinical interested and expertise.

Whether your focus is in Breast, GI, Thoracic/Lung or General Medical Oncology we are open to building a role that aligns with your strengths and supporting community need.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

The Opportunity:

• Join an established and growing cancer team: 3 medical oncologists, 2 radiation oncologists, two medical oncology APPs.
• Excellent quality of life practice offering a four-day work week.
• Established, free-standing, comprehensive cancer center that is currently undergoing a $15 million expansion project opening in Spring 2027.
• Quality oncology program accredited by Commission on Cancer and QOPI.
• Established hospitalist service in place.
• Two dedicated medical oncology APNPs who support the service.
• Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.
• Comprehensive benefits package, excellent retirement and deferred compensation, and generous annual CME allowance.

Compensation Details:

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:

• $646,000 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $909,402 .
• Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
• Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
